Halloween is only a few days away and I hope you are all ready for the big night of costumes and Halloween partying! I am really looking forward to seeing all the cool costumes out there this year.
Here’s a quick Halloween roundup featuring some of my favorite cards I recently spied on message boards. They are perfect to get us in the Halloween mood.
Up first is a card made by Kim Faucher - isn’t it adorable?! So much fun, and I love the way she incorporated all those bats.

Supplies: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Patterned paper: My Mind’s Eye, Papertrey Ink; Bat tape: K & Company; Border strip: My Mind’s Eye; Button: Papertrey Ink
I couldn’t resist this next card by Liz Qualman and I just fell in love with her hand-cut ghost. Isn’t it too cute to spook?

Here’s a little bit more about the process Liz used to create her card. “I love Halloween and this card was so much fun to make. I chose the Pebbles Spooky Collection for its fresh, funky patterns and especially the ghosts. First, I traced a ghost pattern on white cardstock and then used Pebbles Chips and Candy Dots to make crazy little eyes and drew the mouth with a felt tip marker. I added a black cardstock circle to the back of the ‘Spooky’ sticker for some extra texture and the big ‘Boo’ title is a sticker included in the kit.” Thanks for sharing, Liz!
And last (but definitely not least) is a card by Jaime Warren. I love the fabric piece she used in the background – beautiful!

Jaime used products from Pink Paislee’s Twilight line, which are just so awesome.
Now it’s time for another giveaway (you know I just love to give things away)! Your comment will automatically enter you to win a 1-year online subscription to CARDS. Wahoo! Leave a comment by Sunday night 11:59 (MST) November 1st and we’ll randomly choose one of you to win.

I love Halloween, its really one of my favorite holidays. I love going trick or treating with my boys (ages 8 and 5). We live in this awesome neighborhood and everyone gets into the action, most of the houses are decorated and many transform their garages into “haunted houses.” It is truly awesome!
Thank you for the chance to win!!!!
All the cards are so cute! Thanks for sharing. I’m looking forward to spending some time with my family this weekend.
The most fun part of Halloween for me is seeing my daughter’s unbridled excitement for trick-or-treating.
I would love to win, i am going to be out of town until the 8th though. i am looking foward to my kids dressed up and having lots of fun and lots of pictures :)
CANDY. lots and lots of candy!
I am looking forward to trick or treating with my daughter. It’s her first Halloween.
The cards are all great!!! I will be having dinner with my sis on Halloween night!!! Yummy!
Blessings,
Christine
Super cards!! I love Halloween! I am looking forward to it all! :) I would love a subscription… pick me Mr. Random.org!! :) (or whatever you use) Thanks for the chance to win!
More amazing creations you shared today! I love seeing the diversity in each one! This weekend we are celebrating a family birthday with cousins Aunts, Uncles, Nana and Papa. Then the cousins are going to go out and get some candy! Good times! :-)
I love spending the evening with my best friend, her kids and mine.
I’m most looking forward to sitting with my neighbors as we pass out treats. We don’t get together too often, but every Halloween, instead of sitting inside and waiting for our doorbells to ring, we all come out and enjoy the night, the kids’ costumes, and some good conversation.
Fabulous Halloween creations here! Thanks for the chance to win!
I’m looking forward to seeing my girls faces as they march from house to house…and then watching them spread out all their loot all over the floor and make piles of what they like and what they will trade…
Fabulous Halloween cards featured!!!
Would it be terrible if I said I was looking forward to poking through my kids’ candy bags when they go to sleep Saturday night?? LOL. I’m looking forward to seeing my kids in their costumes – I actually helped make them this year :)
And I’d love a CARDS subscription :)
Ooo that fabric on Jamie’s card is fantastic. I ain’t gonna lie: I am looking forward to stealing all the chocolate from my kids’ Halloween booty!
I love having all the kids come to the house and pass out candy. It always amazes me how many different ideas there is for costumes. It is just like cards. We all use the same materials but the cards are always different.
I love seeing all the creative costumes people come up with every year! Love the cards!
We are having a neighborhood Halloween carnival– everyone is in charge of a booth and we are doing a photo booth, my specialty. I love documenting memories, mine or someone elses!
I am so looking forward to my daughter having her Halloween party. From the beginning of September it consumes her, all the planning and discussing and purchasing for it (thus it consumes me too!) I am not a Hallween person so it is hard to keep up the ‘good cheer’ and be a good mom when I am so tired of hearing about what she is doing with it! LOL! Seriously they always have fun and I love hearing all the giggles (this year she is 11).
It’s got to be the costumes. Also, seeing the little ones all dressed up.
Well I am looking forward to our family movie night, filled with lots of candy and juck food! :) I would love a free subscription too! :)
I love Halloween. My favorite part is the trick or treaters. Our kids are grown and my grandkids are out of state–so I really enjoy treating the neighborhood kids.
It’s the first time my grandson will be dressed for Halloween – he’s 17 months old and is going to be NEMO … his favorite character and bedtime friend. I’ve got a basket of goodies that he can enjoy (grahams, cheesey crackers, etc.) and can’t wait to scrapbook his first Halloween.
I always look forward to the weekends when my kids are home from school and we can just hang out together as a family. The candy is an added bonus!
I’m looking forward to photos of the kids in costume, and attending a halloween party with them in the dry and warm indoors!
I love to see my neighbour’s little girls all dressed up and SO excited. They actually can’t quite believe it is true :) Thanks for the opportunity to win such an AMAZING prize.
Looking forward to stealing candy out of my kids’ buckets! ;) And seeing them transformed into a pirate and lil mouse!
I’m working, but I know the kiddos will have a great time!
I’m looking forward to my friend coming to my neighborhood so her kids can trick or treat. Mine are big enough not to need escorts but I plan on walking aorund the neighborhood with her and her younger ones.
Besides taking my children trick or treating, I’m looking forward to watching a local parade. The King Frost parade in Hamburg PA is amazing (considering it is a pretty small town area). Hope it doesn’t rain!
I am looking forward to being with my friends and dressing up. I’m excited to see all the costumes. I would love to have a 1 year subscription of the cards magazine! How awesome would that be?!
oh i love this giveaway! I cant wait to either hit the mall or just relax at home and pray we dont get a lot of trick or treaters. We arent trick or treating this year because the flu has hit my town full force…i dont want the sickies…lol
Love this give away!
I’m looking foreward to this weekend – to see my 4 kids off for some trick and treat in their costumes. They are really looking foreward to the halloween-night this year, and they hardly can wait. :)
I’m also ivited to a great costume party with lots of friends – and I’m really looking foreward to a happy, fun night at my friends house. :)
great cards!!!
I’m looking forward to trick-or-treating – the whole family goes and my son is now 3 1/2 so he will really enjoy it all. after we’re done we go out to eat and the kids pick which candy they want first when dinner is gone!
My daughter is going with her friends and then to a party. I’m told it’s was the 13 year old do now mom. No trick or treating with parents. Her friend’s older brother is taking the girls around. My son isn’t really into halloween so much. Yes, he wants a costume and some candy, but if we didn’t do it anymore he wouldn’t care. I’ll take him out and one of his friends and then enjoy the rest of the evening at home dolling out candy.
Okay Ill admit it.. its mostly for the candy…
and its my favorite holiday to make treats and decor for.
I also loooove the photo opportunities it creates… lol. i’m not a scrapbbooker.. no not me .lol
Tanks for the opportunity.
Cute cards! We’ll be passing out candy.. it’s nice to have all that chocolate around, but bad at the same time! =)
cute stuff !
I’m looking forward to seeing photos of my grandchildren in their costumes.
I’m looking forward to all the little ones who come to the door and of course all the leftover candy!!
